Shipping policy

For Domestic and International Shipment:

    • MediYou Instruments will ship product only after receipt of payment from the customer. 
    • The shipping details will be provided to customer for tracking purpose.
    • The shipping charges indicative and can vary based on size, delivery time, weight of shipment, etc.
    • The shipping will be covered by standard insurance provided by the carrier. Any loss above that will be responsibility of buyer. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only & can vary based on carrier schedule and time of the year.

    For International Shipment:

    • We don't charge Import duties and taxes required by your country. Goods shipped by us are Delivered at place (DAP), also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This indicates that we are only responsible for shipping the product, and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid in advance.
