Terms of service

Payment

All payments to be made before shipping of any products. Any error in invoice to be notified by customer within 7 days on invoicing. Invoices are due and payable from the invoice date. All payments to be made in USD.

Taxes

MediYou Instruments LLC don’t have any relation with your state (except state of Texas) so buyer is responsible for reporting and paying tax on purchase as per local state laws. Customer is responsible for sales tax (when purchased & delivered in all states except the state of Texas) and any other taxes or governmental fees associated with the Order.

If Customer qualifies for a tax exemption, please provide valid certificate of exemption or other appropriate proof of exemption.
